March 5 this year marks the 60th anniversary of learning from Lei Feng. To further promote Lei Feng's spirit and the volunteer service spirit of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress", on March 3, the Youth League Committee of Henan Vocation College of Agriculture organized more than 30 young volunteer representatives from Qingma Class, Student Union and National Flag Guard Group to come to carry out volunteer service and helping the disable activities at Yunfan Lege Service Center for Disabled Persons in Zhongmou county.
Yunfan Lege Service Center for Disabled Persons in Zhongmou county is a non-profit private non-business public welfare social work organization registered with Zhongmou County Civil Affairs Bureau and with Zhongmou County Disabled Persons' Federation as the competent business unit. It is now the only designated rehabilitation institution for children with autism, speech disorder and mental retardation in Zhongmou County Disabled Persons' Federation. Volunteers first learned about the construction of the center. In the classroom, volunteers accompanied these special children to make crafts, play games and do training; in the open air, volunteers gave a wonderful performance to the children, and the children were very excited.

During the activity, volunteers from the national flag guard group demonstrated how to fold a quilt in a military-style for teachers of the Center, and volunteers also sorted out things for children as much as they could. Young volunteers gave stationery and daily necessities to the children.

Cui Mengyu, a student from the Youth Media Center, said: "This activity made me realize the difficulty of the staff and feel the love and responsibility of taking care of these special children. In the future, I should always be grateful and do more things within my power to continue to pass on the warmth.” Li Xinlong, a student from the Students’ Association Union, said, "It is the responsibility and obligation of our young volunteers to care for special children. As long as everyone offers a little love, the world will become more beautiful.”
