To further motivate the teachers and students in the education system to assume their responsibilities, guide the teachers and students to consider disasters as teaching materials and difficulties as disciplines, on January 16, the Education Department of Henan Province held a high-end education forum on the theme of “Take the Disaster as Teaching Materials, and Grow with the Motherland”. Thecollege set up a branch venue in 4104, and organized members of the college leadership, heads of departments, and the general party branch secretaries of the secondary schools to participate in the high-end forum online.

Luo Yuting, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Wuhan University, Feng Pei, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Capital University of Economics and Business, Zhao Guoxiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Henan Normal University, Bie Ronghai, Secretary of the Party Committee of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tian Xianchen, Professor of Party School of Henan Provincial Party Committee, Professor Wang Dongxiao of Zhengzhou University, and  Xiao Jing, Vice President of Life Care Association, gave special reports respectively. They focused on the theme of “Take disasters as teaching materials and grow up with the motherland”, explained in depth the great spirit of combating the COVID-19, and discussed the great significance of the great spirit on education, how to transform this spirit of combating COVID-19 into educational elements to form a powerful educational force, and how to implement it in the education process of fostering character and civic virtue.
