To implement the function of international exchange and cooperation of colleges and universities, expand the school's international influence, and further improve the level of international school-running, according to the arrangement of the national "Ten Thousand Teaching Masters" workshop, invited by the German Agricultural Vocational College in Bonn, and the Aeres Dronten-Warmonderhof University of Agricultural Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, from January 11 to January 19, the school sent a delegation led by Zhu Jinfeng, who is one of the national "Ten Thousand Teaching Masters” and Dean of the School of Animal Husbandry Engineering, as the head of the delegation to Germany and the Netherlands for exchange and investigation. Wang Shenfeng, deputy secretary of the School of Animal Husbandry Engineering, and Xiao Jie, deputy director of the Scientific Research Foreign Affairs Office, participated the whole process.
During the 3-day visit in Germany, Zhu Jinfeng and his delegation mainly visited Heidelberg, Frankfurt, Cologne, Bonn and other German cities to understand the culture, municipal administration and education, and agricultural vocational colleges in Bonn. The delegation was greeted by Dirk Thomas, President of the Agricultural Vocational College in Bonn, Dethmar Lennartz, Dean of the College of Agriculture, and faculty representatives. The two parties had a friendly exchange. The two parties exchanged views on the "dual system", "requirements for teachers", "student management" and other aspects, and preliminarily agreed that both sides have something to learn from each other, and both parties may cooperate further in terms of staff exchange, student exchange and joint scientific research.
Accompanied by President Thomas, Dean of Lennartz and faculty representatives, the delegation also took a field trip to the classrooms where the students were having classes. The students gave a warm welcome to the Chinese delegation, answered some questions proposed by the delegation, and asked the delegation many questions about Chinese agriculture. Both sides asked questions actively, answered enthusiastically and held a heated discussion.




During the four days in the Netherlands, Zhu Jinfeng and his delegation mainly visited Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam and other Dutch cities to understand the culture, municipal administration and education, and Aeres Dronten-Warmonderhof University of Agricultural Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. The delegation was warmly welcomed by the Director of the University, Mr. Frens Schuring, at Wisentweg 10. The two sides communicated on the focus of the training program and research priorities of the farming industry practitioners. The two sides agreed that a friendly relationship could be established and further cooperation in terms of talent and academic exchange could be achieved. Afterwards, Mr. Frens Schuring led the delegation to visit the campus, the creative room for student cultural work, the plantation area and the dairy farming area, where he presented their experience in student management, planting industry and breeding industry.
Through the visit and exchange to Germany and the Netherlands, the "Ten Thousand Teaching Masters" workshop has broadened its horizon and vision, started cooperation with European universities, and became fully aware that many aspects of European vocational education worth our thinking, research, learning and reference. It is a new milestone in strengthening international cooperation and exchange, and promoting the internationalization process of our school.
